Jane joined Diageo as Chief Procurement Officer in April 2023, where she leads a dynamic and collaborative global team of over 400 talented procurement professionals, across markets and global categories that work as one team. She is responsible for over $10bn+ of Diageo’s spend. Her team enable better business performance and drive cost, cash, carbon and consumer value through a newly developed procurement strategy.

Prior to Diageo, Jane was Group Head of Procurement at British American Tobacco, and her career spans several senior positions across diverse cultures, three continents, various industries, and functions.  She started her career with Proctor & Gamble Marketing in China and later joined General Motors Worldwide Purchasing in the US.  Jane headed the establishment of a large manufacturing footprint for Harman International in China and later she served as the VP, Strategic Categories at BHP in Singapore.  Throughout her career she has managed a broad range of direct and indirect procurement categories to deliver significant and sustainable value to the organisations she has worked in.
