John has a background in mechanical engineering and project management and has been in the wind industry for over 15yrs. Prior to the wind industry, he worked in the oil and gas industry for five years primarily working as a rotating equipment engineer.   In the wind industry, John has worked as a Senior Project Manager on the construction of onshore wind farms, offshore turbine blade repairs as well as offshore turbine sales.
