Ms. Yang Ming is the CEO of Westwell Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and the head of Westwell's international headquarters. She oversees the company's global strategic affairs and the general operation of its overseas business.

Ms. Yang holds a Master's degree in Law from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a Master of Science degree from East China Normal University. She worked as a civil servant in Shanghai for 15 years. Then in 2020, Ms. Yang became the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Slush China. Under her leadership, Slush China has grown into an international platform for technological exchanges, cultural innovation, and investment services among young entrepreneurs. In 2023, she joined Westwell.
